A Project Procurement Manager within global procurement is acting as the main interface to the top customer projects and represent global procurement (GP) and its deliverables for cost and supply chain reliability.

Your tasks

Represent GP content for all ENERCON top customer projects as well as GP deliverables during project execution phases in terms of component supply, costs and risks
Coordinate achievements and deliverables of global procurement followed by tracking of progress and creation of reports to project committee
Initiate project-specific cost alignments between category and controlling (production plan, production location, component cost fluctuations, sourcing origin, real-time market dynamics)
Perform material impact analysis for specific projects and timelines
Analyze and align cost-out measures as well as cost of energy (CoE) impact and realization timeline into product and project
Forecast cost impact along with controlling and procurement category leads
Create overall WEC cost overview, identify critical points as well as key drivers and perform gap analysis
Hold bill of material ownership for assigned customer projects
Issue and create regular reporting templates on demand

Your qualifications

Degree in either/or: mechanical/electrical/manufacturing/project engineering, industrial engineering, engineering economics
Several years of professional experience
Confident and with a background in working interdisciplinary
Excellent communications and language skills in German and English
Leadership personality and ability to secure focus and attention
Profound in working with figures and calculation tools, ability to analyze and illustrate results for decision-making
Experience in the wind industry is considered as an advantage
Relevant experience in the fields of project management, total costs and cost calculation methods, supply chain and procurement principles
Organized and disciplined combined with analytical expertise
Assertive in achieving deadlines and securing deliverables
Capable and confident to work independently combined with multidisciplinary leadership skills

Besides Bremen, we also will offer this position for our office in Aurich. However, at the same time ENERCON offers a high level of flexibility i.e., you can work from your home as well, paying occasional visits to the office.
