What can you expect from us? – Your area of responsibility:
To strengthen our European Commercial Team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Avery Dennison Smartrac Division
(rfid.averydennison.com) based in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Baden-Württemberg and reporting to the Global Customer Service Manager, AD Smartrac (based in Germany)
Process orders accurately, check shipments daily and meet daily deadlines
Ensure packaging, delivery, product requirements are accurately met for each order covering multiple production sites
Answer sales calls promptly and communicate with customers in a timely manner
Build extensive knowledge of internal customer ordering system to accurately understand stock replenishment process and stock availability, order routing, quarantine and financial functions
Provide product information, pricing, lead-time and availability information for all kinds of product
Build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple sites to satisfy the customers‘ needs and deliver successfully
Work closely with Sales Managers and the Manager of Distribution Center to integrate the new business and stock management
Work closely with the Distribution Center Production Planner to ensure the ordering/delivery schedule and expediting of all material
Cooperate with the local Finance Department in monitoring of customer credit notes, optimizing customer service and cash collection

What we expect from you! – Your Expertise:
University degree is preferred but not essential
Fluent English both spoken and written and fluent in at least 1 of the following languages: German, French or Spanish
Previous work experience of at least 2 years from a customer service / internal sales function, ideally in an international organisation and in B2B sales of consulting-intensive, technical products
Strong organizational and communication skills, especially the ability to answer and handle phone calls and emails in a professional and efficient way
Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic, able to work independently and under pressure, able to manage a number of key tasks at the same time
Strong team player
High degree of accuracy as well as good time-management and priority setting skills are important
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, self-confidence to effectively deal with senior management
Very good computer skills, experience in working with systems and databases required (advanced Excel skills, knowledge in SAP would be beneficial)
