Tracking of orders and actions list.
Contribute to the accounting and credit control process by contacting the customer with aged open positions.
Preparation, launching, administering & evaluation of tender/procurement procedures as well as drafting & management of associated contracts and documentations.
Support recruitment process (from drafting & posting job descriptions, CV screening, sending invitation, organising interview, drafting employment contract).
Support all HR activities (payroll/remuneration, timesheet, training, appraisal, etc.)
Preparing recruitment & HR relevant documents/databases and reports.
